Once you’ve purchased your scooter it’s important to keep it in tip-top shape. At Batricar Mobility Centre we recommend having your scooter serviced at least once a year. That way we can detect any issue which may be present before they become a major problem and help keep your scooter running for as long as it can!
We are delighted to offer two different kinds of servicing options, to suit your needs as best as possible. Firstly, you can simply drop your electric scooter into our workshop either in New Milton or Wimborne, or we can come to your house and perform the service on-site from one of our fully stocked mobile service vehicles. The choice is yours. Our service technicians cover the whole of Dorset and Hampshire, and we have fully equipped service facilities in our workshops at both New Milton and Wimborne.
We can also offer repairs on the same basis and even arrange valeting and cleaning services for your scooter, so it ends up looking just like new.
We carry a vast amount of spare parts and are able to source spares from all of our manufacturers on a supply and fit basis. The workshop in New Milton is equipped with vehicle lifting hoists, a hydraulic inspection table and both workshops have excellent mechanical and electrical diagnostic equipment, to make the servicing and repair of your scooter easier and more cost effective. We carry the latest diagnostic controller programmers from PG Drives, Curtis and Dynamic Control Systems. This allows us to ‘plug in’ to your mobility scooter or power wheelchair, and read fault logs, error codes and programming features. Our service team has over 25 years combined experience in repairing and maintaining mobility equipment, and are fully industry trained by the leading mobility manufacturers such as Pride Mobility, Sunrise Medical, Electric Mobility and Roma Medical Ltd.
